According to reports of Missouri’s 42nd Judicial Circuit:
• Kelsi S.E. Howard was indicted June 30 on one felony count of driving while revoked/suspended.
• Kenneth D. Billiot was charged in a July 1 warrant with one felony count of first-degree trafficking drugs and one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Misty R. Smith was charged in a June 28 warrant with one felony count of unlawful use of weapon as well as misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, involving an accident and failure to drive on right half of roadway when roadway was of sufficient width, causing an immediate threat of accident.
