According to reports received from the Dent County Sheriff’s Department March 30:
•On March 23, deputies responded to a property located on W. Hwy. 32 near Texas County for a theft report. Upon arrival, deputies discovered that a 49-year-old Springfield man was the reported victim. He stated that the lock on the front gate of the property had been cut, and a 1988 Ford 350 truck, air compressor, miter saw and stand, table saw, generator and portable heater were taken from the property. No suspect information was given, and the case is still under investigation.
•On March 23 at approximately 9:47 p.m., deputies responded to County Road 3250 for a report of a suspicious vehicle. After further investigation, Joseph Herman, 39, Boss, was arrested. Investigation revealed that Herman made threats towards Harold Tune and Nancy Tune and attempted to avoid contact with law enforcement. Marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located during a consent search of Herman's vehicle. Herman is currently being held in the Dent County Jail on a $5,000 cash-only bond and being charged for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, harassment, resisting a deputy sheriff, and careless and imprudent driving.
•On March 23, deputies responded to the 1700 block of Hwy. B for a report of a burglary. Upon arrival, deputies discovered that a 44-year-old Salem woman was the reported victim. She stated that unknown persons had climbed over a gate and forced open the door on her barn. No items appeared to have been removed from the building. There are presently no suspects.
•On March 23, deputies were dispatched to the 3700 block Hwy. EE in reference to a stolen ATV. Deputies responded and met with the reporting party, a 69-year-old Salem man. He stated that he noticed that his 2015 Polaris Ranger Model 570 was missing. The ATV is described as green in color and valued at $14,000. The ATV was stolen during the overnight hours on March 22 into the early morning of March 23.
•On March 26 at 2:11 a.m., the Dent County Sheriff's Office received a report of an active domestic assault in the 1000 block of County Road 4090. Deputies responded and made contact with the disputants. A subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Timothy Tracy, 55, Salem. Tracy is charged with the Class C felony of second-degree domestic assault. Tracy's bond is set at $7,000 cash only.
•On March 27 at approximately 12:41 p.m., deputies contacted Adam Kuehl at his residence, located in the 2900 block of W. Hwy. 32. During a consent search, suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and prescription pills were located. Kuehl was incarcerated in the Dent County Jail. Also located in the residence was Bobbie Paul who had an active probation warrant for her arrest.
•On March 27 at approximately 5:45 p.m., deputies responded to the 5500 block of N. Hwy. 19 for assistance in a theft investigation. During a consent search of the property, Bradley Delashmit and Angelica Tighe were located on the property. During a search of both Delashmit and Tighe, methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located on their persons. Both Delashmit and Tighe were arrested and later transported to the Dent County Jail. Both have been charged with crimes related to the controlled substances found.
•On March 29, the Dent County Sheriff's Office received a report of a burglary in the 4000 block of County Road 2050. A black 60-inch Sanyo flat screen television was stolen and is currently being sought.
