Salem played host to Seymour in the Lady Tiger’s home opener Thursday night and picked up their first win of the season with a 15-0 victory. Every Lady Tiger would either score or pick up an RBI in the four-inning rout, while Shelby Carr threw a no-hitter, striking out eight of twelve batters faced.
The win moves Salem’s record to 1-1 on the season. Salem will be in action August 29th in the Houston Invitational Tournament.
