According to reports of Troop I of the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• Jeremiah S. Hickernell, 22, of Salem, was arrested at 8:50 a.m. Sept. 19 on a felony Phelps County warrant issued for a charge of domestic assault. Hickernell was held in the Dent County Jail pending payment of bond.
• Levi J. Skaggs, 24, of Salem, was arrested at 9 a.m. Sept. 19 on a misdemeanor Dent County warrant issued for a charge of failure to register motor vehicle as well as charges of driving while suspended and no proof of insurance. Skaggs was held in the Dent County Jail pending payment of bond.
