According to reports of Missouri’s 42nd Judicial Circuit:
• Felton Metcalf Jr. was charged in a Feb. 11 complaint with felony counts of aggravated fleeing a stop or detention and second-degree trafficking drugs as well as misdemeanor counts of failure to drive on right half of roadway when roadway was of sufficient width resulting in an accident and failure to obey traffic control device.
