According to reports of Missouri’s 42nd Judicial Circuit:
Charges
• Mathew T. Jamison was charged in a March 6 complaint with felony counts of third-degree domestic assault and possession of controlled substance.
• Tracy L. Miller Jr. was charged in a March 4 warrant with one felony count of unlawful possession of a firearm and operating a motor vehicle owned by another knowing owner of vehicle has not maintained financial responsibility.
• Cody A. Givens was charged in a March 1 warrant with felony counts of resisting arrest by fleeing - creating a substantial risk of serious injury/death to any person and driving while revoked/suspended as well as misdemeanor counts of exceeded posted speed limit (exceeded by 11-15 mph) and failure to stop for stop sign at stop line/before crosswalk/point nearest intersection.
Sentences
• Travis Fudge pled guilty March 6 to tampering with a motor vehicle, second-degree burglary, felony stealing and possession of a controlled (methamphetamine). Fudge was sentenced to six years in the department of corrections as recommended by Prosecutor Andrew Curley.
