According to reports of Troop I of the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• Cody A. Givens, 39, of Salem, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 19 on a felony Phelps County warrant issued for failure to appear in court on a charge of stealing, on a misdemeanor Phelps County warrant issued for failure to appear in court on a charge of failure to display plates, and on a misdemeanor Dent County warrant issued for a charge of driving while suspended. Givens was held in the Dent County Jail with no bond issued.
