According to reports of Missouri’s 42nd Judicial Circuit:
Sentences
• Edward Durham pled guilty to resisting arrest, his parole was revoked and was sentenced April 17 to a 180-day jail sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections.
Charges
• Jason D. Wheat was charged in an April 15 complaint with one felony count of failure to register as a sex offender.
• Herman O. Carnell was charged in an April 14 complaint with one felony count of non-support, total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under order of support.
• Garrick L. Yates was charged in an April 12 warrant with one felony count of aggravated fleeing a stop or detention as well as misdemeanor counts of exceeded posted speed limit (exceeded by 26 mph or more), failure to register motor vehicle, failure to drive within right lane of highway with two or more lanes in same direction, fail to signal/gave improper signal when stopping/turning left or right, car/motorcycle/truck under 18,000 pounds followed another vehicle too closely, operate motorcycle when driver's license not validated for such operation, and operating motor vehicle without financial responsibility (motor vehicle required to be registered).
