According to reports of Missouri’s 42nd Judicial Circuit:
Sentences
• Rolando Solis pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced June 27 to five years in the department of corrections as requested by Prosecuting Attorney Andrew Curley.
• Isaac Ghormey pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced on June 25 to seven years in the department of corrections as recommended by Prosecuting Attorney Andrew Curley. Ghormley was currently serving a previously imposed sentence in the department of corrections.
Charges
• Thomas E. Nolan was charged in a June 27 complaint with one felony count of failure to register as a sex offender.
• Melvin Fincher was charged in a June 24 complaint with one felony count of stealing - $750 or more.
• James H. Piatt was charged in a June 23 complaint with one felony count of aggravated fleeing a stop or detention and one misdemeanor count of driving while revoked/suspended.
• Sarah R. Stites was charged in a June 23 complaint with felony counts of possession of controlled substance, stealing - $750 or more, tampering with physical evidence in felony prosecution and resisting/interfering with arrest for a felony.
