According to reports of Missouri’s 42nd Judicial Circuit:
• John Wagler was charged in a May 16 complaint with one felony count of possession of controlled substance as well as misdemeanor counts of failure to register motor vehicle and owner operating motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility (motor vehicle required to be registered) plus an infraction of not wearing a seatbelt.
