According to reports of Troop I of the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• Sandra D. Rowe, 63, of Salem, was arrested at 8:28 p.m. July 6 on charges of felony DWI persistent offender, driving while revoked and no insurance. Rowe was held at the Dent County Jail and later released.
