According to online reports of Troop I of the Missouri State Highway Patrol:

• Kyle D. Schafer, 20, of Salem, was arrested at 1:59 p.m. Oct. 4 on charges of minor driving with a blood alcohol content of .02 percent or higher, careless and imprudent driving involving a crash and no proof of insurance. Schafer was incarcerated in the Dent County Jail and later released.
