According to reports of Missouri’s 42nd Judicial Circuit:
Sentences
• Lindee Sprong pled guilty Oct. 23 to DWI as a prior misdemeanor DWI offender. Sprong was sentenced to serve 60 days in the Dent County Jail.
• Nicholas Barton pled guilty Oct. 23 to two misdemeanor counts of passing a bad check. Barton was sentenced to one year in the Dent County Jail.
Arrest Warrants
• Terry W. Shockley had a warrant issued for his arrest Oct. 27 charging him with felony counts of failure to register as a sex offender and resisting arrest.
• Ginger R. Brown had a warrant issued for his arrest Oct. 25 charging him with one felony count of failure to appear in court.
• Kyle Rector had a warrant issued for his arrest Oct. 23 charging him with two felony counts of forgery and two felony counts of stealing.
• Bethany D. Knight had a warrant issued for her arrest Oct. 22 charging her with one felony count of disarming a peace officer and one misdemeanor count of fourth-degree assault.
• Joshua S. McAfee had a warrant issued for his arrest Oct. 22 charging him with two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance.
• Steven L. McCarter had a warrant issued for his arrest Oct. 22 charging him with one felony count of driving while revoked and one misdemeanor count of failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, one misdemeanor count of careless and imprudent driving and six count of failure to stop at a stop sign.
• Joy Morago was issued criminal summons Oct. 21 on a complaint charging her with one felony count of stealing $750 or more.
