Arrest Warrants
• Kyle E. Miller, 24, had a warrant issued for his arrest Feb. 27 with bond set at $10,000 cash only. Miller’s warrant was issued for felony second degree burglary.
• Amy J. Murr, 34, had a warrant issued for her arrest Feb. 22 with bond set at $5,000 cash only. Murr’s warrant was issued for misdemeanor violation of an order of protection – first offense.
The above information is just a mere accusation, and is not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of any charge must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
Sentences
• Kayla Sutterfield had her probation revoked Feb. 27 and was sentenced to five years in the department of corrections.
In the court of Judge Brandi Baird, Feb. 23:
• Clarence Artrip waived his right to a preliminary hearing on three counts of felony first-degree statutory rape - sexual intercourse with a person less than 14-years-old. The case is bound for circuit court.
• Jeremiah Hull waived his right to a preliminary hearing on a charge of felony sexual misconduct or attempt involving a child under 15-years-old – first offense. The case is bound for circuit court.
• William Monday waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of four counts of felony first-degree child molestation and two counts of felony second-degree endangering the welfare of a child. The case is bound for circuit court.
