Four Rivers Salem services and providers—medical, dental, and behavioral health—are now officially seeing patients in its new clinic building at 703 S. Grand Avenue, Salem. CEO of Four Rivers Community Health Center, Stuart Gipson, emphasized that the new building was purchased to help rehabilitate an existing structure within the Salem community. Gipson acknowledged the assistance of previous Missouri House Representative of District 120, Ron Copeland, in securing state funding for the construction of the facility.
“We wanted a location in-town, where it would be walkable and have accessibility for our patients,” said Gipson of the new facility.

John Hewkin has been a sports fan since he was a kid. He’s played, coached and been a fan of sports. I was a sports writer for 15 years before moving back to Missouri, but to this day you will still find me in my man cave a lot of nights and weekends watching something that requires a ball.
