The Green Forest R-II Board of Directors met July 19 at 7:30 p.m.
Members present were Amber Toman, Michael Jones, Jereme Patton, Jason Jones, Dee Moser and Wes Hampton. Also at the meeting were Conrad Prugh and Kriste Crocker.
At the meeting the board approved the following motions 6-0:
• July bills and the August payroll,
• budget report,
• ESSER III budget,
• bids from Hiland Dairy, Ferrellgas and County Fuels, for the 2022-23 school year,
• approve the Extra Duty Assignment Form.
The meeting went into closed session at 8 p.m.
During closed session the board approved the following motions 6-0:
• hire Julie Harris as counselor for the 2022-23 school year,
• accept letter of resignation from Billie Sims,
The meeting adjourned at 8:49 p.m.
