Michael Randazzo, Presiding Circuit Judge of the 42nd Judicial Circuit, has announced that Division I Circuit Judge Megan Seay has been elected by the 42nd Judicial Circuit Court en Banc as the new Presiding Circuit Judge of the 42nd Judicial Circuit effective Jan. 1, 2024.
Judge Seay stated, “I am very thankful for all of the hard work Judge Randazzo has put forth to keep our five county circuit running smoothly for the past two years. The job of Presiding Circuit Judge has numerous administrative responsibilities that go unnoticed to the public, and Judge Randazzo should be commended for his dedication to the 42nd Judicial Circuit.”
