According to online reports of Troop I of the Missouri State Highway Patrol:

• Christopher F. Dement, 33, of Rolla, was arrested at 2:56 p.m. Dec. 2 on charges of felony driving while suspended or revoked, exceeded posted speed limit, no proof of insurance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and no seat belt. Dement was incarcerated in Dent County Jail on 24-hour hold.
