According to reports of Troop I of the Missouri State Highway Patrol:

• Erick S. Foster, 39, of Bunker, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. Jan. 28 on St. Louis city warrants for resisting and stealing. Foster was held in the Dent County Jail with no bond issued.
