According to reports of Troop I of the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• Andrew P. Boyle, 36, of Salem, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. Jan. 6 on a felony Phelps County warrant for child neglect. Boyle was incarcerated in the Dent County Jail pending payment of bond.
