According to reports of Missouri’s 42nd Judicial Circuit:
• Jasmine N. Atkinson had a warrant issued for her arrest Nov. 26 charging her with two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance and one felony count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Tonya R. Tucker had a warrant issued for her arrest Nov. 21 charging her with one felony count of possession of a controlled substance.
• Austin Carter pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine Nov. 19 and was sentence to seven years suspended execution of sentence probation with five years of probation and parole as requested by state.
• Herbert Barton had his probation revoked Nov. 19 and was sentenced seven years in the department of corrections under state statute 559.115 over states objection. The state sought straight revocation.
• Julia Henson pled guilty Nov. 19 to possession of heroin and Suboxone. Henson had no prior criminal history. She was sentenced to seven years of suspended execution of sentence probation on each count with drug treatment and other terms of probation.
