Injuries were reported Thursday, Aug. 7, resulting from a two-vehicle crash that occurred on Highway 19 just south of County Road 5080, according to an online report of Troop I of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

A 2004 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by a 17-year-old Salem boy, was northbound at 12:50 p.m. Aug. 7 when it failed to negotiate a curve, crossed the centerline roadway and struck a southbound 2006 Chrysler Town and Country, driven by a 70-year-old Salem man.
