Curtis Murr
I am Curtis Murr and I’m the owner of Curt’s Mobile Homes. I am married to my wife, Amanda, and the father to two adult children and two elementary age children. Our family has been involved in 4-H for the last year and a half. I see how 4-H is an important resource for our youth and for us to invest the time and resources into the kids and program.

I have been teaching for 22 years and have been the Ag Education instruction and FFA Advisor at Salem High School for the last 17 years. My family and I are deeply rooted in Dent County, the cattle industry and are strong advocates for agriculture, rural/simple living, and serving within the community.
Central District (five open seats)
Allie Fleener
As a fourth generation Dent County resident, I have a deep appreciation and love for Dent County. I learned from a very young age the benefits of what living in a small community are and what that provides. Upon graduation from Drury University, I became a loan officer at the Bank of Salem. I am also a board member of the Salem Area Community Betterment Association, and Rotary Club member. While at the University of Missouri-Columbia, I was involved in Missouri Collegiate Farm Bureau and Missouri Cattlewomen. In my free time, I enjoy reading, golfing, spending time with my family and friends, and conjuring up new projects around my home. 4-H, FFA, and the Dent County Extension provided me with countless opportunities growing up and I’m hoping to give back to them through being on the Extension Council. The youth programs and agriculture community in Dent County is what drew me back home and inspired me to become who I am today.
Charlee Sue Jadwin (re-election)
I am Charlee Sue Jadwin and I’m seeking election for a seat on the University of Missouri Extension Council- Dent County. I believe I have the adequate experience, and would bring a wealth of knowledge, ideas, and inspiration to our County. Being a successful business owner at a young age, I believe in the success of our youth, know the worth of a balanced budget, and understand the importance of county involvement. Being in agriculture myself, I know firsthand that farmers & producers are the backbone of our community and will continue to be for the rest of our time. I believe in keeping old school morals and values yet appreciating modern technology. As mentioned above, I’m a small business owner. I own and operate a marketing firm, “The Charlee Market”, specializing in agricultural accounts. In addition, I own a frozen custard business, Custard by C-Sue, where all production takes place right here in Salem, Missouri. Outside of work, you can find me at various community events, traveling, and cooking with friends and family. Although I do drive many miles, nothing beats a SXS ride on the farm. I have a close relationship with my parents and enjoy the day-to-day life with a 14-year-old brother! Good Lord willing, and if I am to be elected, I will work, and lead by example to further Dent County and better serve all constituents. Let’s grow together!
Kolson Seay (re-election)
Hi, my name is Kolson Seay, and I am currently a resident of Dent County.
I currently work for Living the Dream Outdoor Properties and own my own real estate investment company. My workplaces have provided me the opportunity to help provide housing in rural Missouri.
I am the son of AJ Seay and Tiffanie (Haskins) McNamee. I have a strong worth ethic instilled upon me from my maternal grandparents as they have been small business owners in the area for over the last 30 years. I currently serve on the Salem FFA Alumni Committee and the Salem United Methodist Church Board.
