Serious injuries were reported Wednesday, July 12, resulting from a one-vehicle crash that occurred on County Road 2400 five miles west of Salem, according to an online report of Troop I of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
A 2012 Suzuki 400, driven by a 17-year-old juvenile from Albuquerque, New Mexico, was northbound at 11:30 a.m. July 12 when it entered a curve, traveled off the left side of the roadway, overturned and struck a barbed wire fence.
