According to reports from Dent County Sheriff’s Department:
• On June 16, deputies responded to the 2900 block of Highway F for a wanted subject. During the course of the investigation, a 31-year-old Salem man was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant. The suspect was transported to the Dent County Jail, where he was incarcerated.
• On June 17, deputies responded to the Dent County Commons for a report of an assault. During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that a 49-year-old Salem man allegedly threatened to assault a 67-year-old Salem man. The investigation is ongoing.
• On June 21, a deputy responded to County Road 6280 for a reported burglary. The investigation revealed that an unknown person(s) had entered a cabin at the location and stolen multiple items. The investigation is ongoing.
• On June 22, a deputy responded to the 15000 block of Highway C for a reported assault. The investigation revealed that a 53-year-old Nixa woman was punched repeatedly by a 49-year-old Licking woman. The suspect was located, arrested and transported to the Dent County Jail, where she was processed and released on citation.
