Calling all Mudbugs! Save Thursday afternoons from 2-3:30 p.m. for some outdoor fun. We’ve got some new twists on some old favorites, exploring the wonders hidden in plain sight at the Bonebrake Center. Suggested donation is $2 per child. (Additional donations are always welcome.) All funds go to the Bonebrake Center. Programs are geared for ages 6-12, but all ages are welcome! (Parents, please accompany your children.)
• May 25 -Bug Busters. Meet some cool critters up close and personal. Don’t worry, you won’t have to touch them unless you want to.
• June 8 - Fairy House Hunt. We’ll build some fairy houses around the grounds, then use a map to find them. If the fairies don’t make them invisible!
• June 29 - Pick A Pocket. Which pocket will you chose? Whatever is inside, you’ll have to find somewhere at the Bonebrake Center. If you can...
• July 20 – Waterfest. It should be good and hot in July. Good time for a water fight, right? Might even be hot enough to erupt a volcano or two!
• Aug. 10 - Photo Find. Look at that picture. Can you find that exact spot at the Bonebrake Center that you see in your photo? I challenge you!
• Sept. 7 - Weenie Roast. Join the group from 5-6 p.m. for hot dogs and s’mores all around!
