Jo Ann (Blankenship) Pyatt

Ms. Pyatt was born November 7, 1948 in Houston to Bill and Vina (Holden) Blankenship. She married Tom Pyatt. They were the parents of one son. Ms. Pyatt died August 24, 2021 in Salem at the age of 72 years.

Survivors include her son, Tim Pyatt, Salem; ex-husband, Tom Pyatt, Salem; brother, Wayne Blankenship, Salem; and Carl Blankenship, Bellville, Illinois; sister, Kay Michael, Stanford, Connecticut; cousins, Carolyn McCall, Licking; Earlene Holder, Houston; Judy, St. Charles; and Dr. Donnie Holden, Fort Smith, Arkansas; and a host of extended family and friends.

Preceding her in death were her parents.
