Funeral service for Sylvia Ellen Green was June 16, 2015 at Wilson Mortuary Chapel, Salem, with Bro. Billy Miller officiating.

Interment was in the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Craig Green Jr., Craig Green III, Kevin Lachler, Nick Green, Arthur Gagnon and Roger Eveler.
Mrs. Green was born February 3, 1936 in Salem to Roy Gean and Eula Iown (Vance) Valle. She died June 13, 2015 in Jefferson City at the age of 79 years.
Survivors include her children, Rick Green, Sligo; Craig Green and wife, Robin, Golden Valley, Arz.; Tim Green, Philippines; and Terry Gagnon and husband, Bill, Russellville; sister, Brenda Hughes, St. Charles; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
Preceding her in death were her parents; daughter, Connie Green; sister, Lorna Light and life partner, Margaret Richards.
Mrs. Green was a Pentecostal preacher.
