Funeral service for Jeremy “J.D.” Bunton was May 8, 2014 at the Dent County Memorial Chapel with Dr. Jay Tune officiating.
Interment was in the Asher Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Uriah Hayes, Darrell McDonald, Nick Reeves, Drew Ingram, Ryan Violen, and David Embrich. Honorary pallbearers were Dustin Cook, Mike Miller, Michael Gamblin, Michael Canada, and Waylon Humphrey.
Mr. Bunton was born May 17, 1980 in Salem to Dottie Bunton McDonald. He died May 1, 2014 at the age of 33 years.
Survivors include his wife, Kristi, Kansas City; children, Jeremy Bunton, Salem; and Raylan Bunton, Kansas City; mother, Dottie McDonald and husband, Darrell, Salem; grandmother, Lucy Bunton, Salem; brother, Uriah Hayes, Piedmont; sister, Angie Betz, Salem; and niece, Jada Herman of Salem.
Preceding him in death was his grandfather Herman Bunton and his aunt Bernice Lavy.
