Private family service for Dennis Lee Jensen Sr. will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Wilson Mortuary, Salem.
Mr. Jensen was born February 17, 1943. Mr. Jensen died August 24, 2019 at the age of 76 years.
Survivors include his children, Dennis Jensen Jr. and wife, Caron, Grayslake, Illinois; Lisa Jensen and husband, Chris Abbott, Belvidere, Illinois; Debby Roderick and husband, Dale, Belvidere; grandchildren, Anna Jensen, Greta Jensen, Rowan Abbott, Lucas Abbott, Leraaen Abbott, Elizabeth Abbott, Teague Abbott, Tristan Abbott, Amy Velez and Ashley Rubino and husband, Nick; great-grandchildren, Nolan Velez, Brayden Velez and Ari Rubino; sister: Eileen Propst, Mason City, Iowa; several stepchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Preceding him in death were his wife, Mary Jensen; and grandson, Samuel Abbott.
