Funeral service for Rachel Nicole Counts Brooks, of Danville, Indiana, and formerly of Salem, will be at 12 p.m. October 11, 2025 at Wilson Mortuary Chapel, Salem.
Interment will be in New Harmony Cemetery.
Mrs. Brooks died October 5, 2025 in Cincinnati, Ohio, at the age of 23 years.
Survivors include her husband, Jarod Brooks, Danville; parents, Bill and Becky Counts, Salem; sister, Mandy Carlson, Springfield; brother, Will Counts and girlfriend, Jacki, Springfield; nephews, Memphis and Maleck; grandparents, Ann Dement, Salem; and Larry and Jo Ann Counts, Hardy, Arkansas; and a host of extended family and friends.
Visitation is 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. October 10, 2025 at Wilson Mortuary.
