Funeral service for James Bobby Rowden was December 4, 2021 at Yarber Mortuary, Eminence.
Interment was in the Rowden Cemetery, Eminence.
Mr. Rowden was born March 15, 1935 in Oxford, Arkansas, to Delbert and Bertha (LaFevers) Rowden. He married Eula Anderson in 1954. They were the parents of three children. Mr. Rowden died November 27, 2021 in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, at the age of 86 years.
Survivors include his children, Greg Rowden and Renee, Eminence; Kara Sams and David, Muscle Shoals; and Carmen Kyle, Southaven, Mississippi; grandchildren, James Rowden, Jason Rowden, Emily Dailey, Whitley Spencer, Brent Sams, Blake Sams, Peyton Kyle and Grant Kyle; 12 great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
Mr. Rowden served in the U.S. Army.
