Mary Alice Ellerman Searcy

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dan and Letha Searcy.

 Mary is survived by her husband, Robert, Bourbon; adored pet, Jesse; sister, Carol Ellerman Lacy and husband, Jim, Salem; sister-in-law, Kim Searcy Self and husband, Steve, Herriman, Utah; nieces, Lisa Hockett, Rolla; and Gina Bobbitt, Salem; great-niece, Carson Mowery, Cape Girardeau; great-nephew, Wyatt Parks, Springfield; and many other extended family and friends. Mary had several greatly-loved dogs over the years.

She loved hunting and fishing with her husband and spending time with her family. Mary was a remarkably strong and courageous woman, facing and rising above her challenges in life, always with positivity and a smile on her face. She was an inspiration to all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services were held June 27, 2020 at Yarber Mortuary Chapel, Eminence, with Pastor Paul Wellinghoff officiating. Visitation was held June 26, 2020, also at the chapel. Interment was in New Eminence Cemetery, Eminence.
