Celebration of life for Debbie Sue (Faulkner) Simmons was July 10, 2025 at Wilson Mortuary Chapel, Salem, with Pastor Chris Hendrix officiating.
Mrs. Simmons was born February 1, 1957 in Tacoma, Washington, to John and Myrna (Stacy) Faulkner. She married Joe Firestine. They were the parents of a daughter and twin sons. Mrs. Simmons died July 3, 2025 in Salem at the age of 68 years.
Survivors include her children, Susan DuBois and husband, Warren, Salem; and Darrin Firestine, Licking; brother, Jamie Faulkner and wife, LaJoyce, Branson; grandchildren, Triston, Paige, Reagan, Aiden, Garrett, Brandon, and Collin; great-grandchildren, Addi, Ellie, Emma, and Kingston; nieces and nephews, Cheyenne, Haley, Michael, Chris and wife, Angel, and Louie Jr.; and extended family and friends.
Preceding her in death were her parents; son, Brian Firestine; sister, Ruthann Richardson; and grandson, Kaleb.
