Funeral service for Carl Donald Marrill was July 31, 2021 at Wilson Mortuary Chapel, Salem, with Bro. Calvin Foster officiating.
Interment was in the New Hope Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Terry Marrill, Steve Jackson, Steve Burnham, Mike Strauser, Dwayne Miller and Bud Strauser. Honorary pallbearers were David Hunter and Doyle Murr.
Mr. Marrill was born April 20, 1940 in Doss to Arthur and Rebal (Pidcock) Marrill. He married Jan April 24, 1965. They were the parents of four children. Mr. Marrill died July 27, 2021 in Salem at the age of 81 years.
Survivors include his wife, Jan Marrill, Salem; children, Timothy Marrill and Carlene Stringer, Salem; Don Marrill, Salem; Julie Hatridge and husband, Dan, Salem; grandchildren, Terry Marrill, Mikayla Shook, Kassi Marrill, Kari Hatridge and Tatum Hatridge; great-grandchildren, Ayden Marrill, Jacob Shook, Eli Shook, Brooklynn Bowen and Addison Bowen; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents; son, Terry Marrill; brothers, Billy, Bobby and Melvin Marrill; and sister, Jessie Keitzer.
