Visitation for John M. Wickam was April 14, 2015 at Dent County Memorial Chapel.
Mr. Wickam was born November 7, 1937 in Baggs, Wyo., to Morgan and Goldia Fry Wickam. He married Nancy Christensen May 26, 1961. They were the parents of three children. Mr. Wickam died April 9, 2015 in Salem at the age of 77 years.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Wickam, Salem; children, Rick Wickam, and wife, Barbara, Salem; Shirley Schwartz and husband, Jamie, Salem; David Wickam and wife, Kathy, Roseville, Calif.; sisters, Mable Smith, Salem, and Barbara Ayres and husband, Duane, Mesa, Arz.; grandchildren, Christina, Bradley, Jessica, Eric, Christopher, Shaun, Eric, Ryan, Matt Schwartz, Nicolas Schwartz, and Rhonda Wofford; and 28 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents.
Mr. Wickam attended Pleasant Valley Baptist Church.
