Mr. Clements was born September 17, 1941 in Bixby. Mr. Clements
died December 4, 2011 in Salem at the age of 70 years.
Survivors include his daughters, Jaquetta Noakes and husband,
Jeff, Salem; Janette Norman and husband, Cliff, Sedgewickville; and
Rebecca Plank, Salem; sisters, Alma Farrar, Salem; Louise Wideman,
Fenton; Pat Liscombe and husband, Charlie, Pacific; and seven
grandchildren.
Preceding him in death was his mother, Maggie.
Mr. Clements served in the United State Air Force from which he
received the Good Conduct Medal.
