Funeral service for Helen Louise (Wisdom) Jackson was August 11, 2020 in the Wilson Mortuary Chapel, Salem. Grandsons, Danny II and Travis, shared memories.

Interment was in the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Danny Gladden I, Danny Gladden II, Paul Foley, Travis Foley, Butch Turner and Todd Parks. Honorary pallbearers were Brandon Foley, Jimmy Hutson and Dennis Wisdom.
Mrs. Jackson was born November 6, 1935 in St. James to Raymond and Stella (Franklin) Wisdom. She married Jimmy Jackson November 7, 1953. They were the parents of three daughters. Mrs. Jackson died August 8, 2020 in Rolla at the age of 84 years.
Survivors include her daughters, Sandy Foley and husband, Paul, O’Fallon; and Vicky Gladden and husband, Danny I, Steelville; sister, Wanda Parks, Salem; sisters-in-law, Belinda Swiney, Bunker; Sue Morse and husband, Jim, Florissant; Gloria Wisdom, Salem; and Delores Wisdom-Scheske, Salem; grandchildren, Travis Foley and wife, Jacqueline, O’Fallon; Brandon Foley and wife, Renee, Henderson, Nevada; Amy Ramori, Steelville; Jimmy Hutson and wife, Irene, Brunswick, Georgia; Danny Gladden II, Kansas City; and Jeremy Brooks and wife, Stephanie, Florissant; and a host of great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
Preceding her in death were her husband; daughter, Linda Robertson; parents; brothers, Thurman and Junior Wisdom; sister, Wilma Turner; and several brothers and sisters-in-law.
Mrs. Jackson was a long-time member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and later attended Grace Community Church.
