Funeral service for Berniece “Sis” Lois (Pryor) Miner was September 17, 2025 at Boss Assembly of God Church, with Pastor Brad Carriger officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Wilson Mortuary, Salem. Additional speakers were Tara Boscia, Audrey Boscia, Dalton Miner, Tyler Miner, and Lincoln Boscia.
Interment was in Boss Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Dalton Miner, Dalton Hunsaker, Tyler Miner, Lincoln Boscia, Kenny Pryor, and Denny Pryor. Honorary pallbearers were Blake McDowell and Matt Boscia.
Mrs. Miner was born December 1, 1936 in Boss to James Solomon and Zola Josephine (Davis) Pryor. She married James “Jim” Dwayne Miner August 29, 1958. They were the parents of three children. Mrs. Miner died September 12, 2025 in High Ridge at the age of 88 years.
Survivors include her children, Kimberlee Sexton, High Ridge; Tim Miner and wife, Tammy, Festus; and Tara Boscia and husband, Matt, Weldon Spring; grandchildren, Marissa Sexton, Dalton Miner, Tyler Miner and wife, Brittney, Rhe’a McDowell and husband, Blake, Dalton Hunsaker, Audrey Boscia, and Lincoln Boscia; great-grandchildren, Brantley, Amelia, Eli, Emersyn, Parker, Nolan, and Colin; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Preceding her in death were her husband; parents; and brothers, Lloyd Pryor and Paul “Tooter” Pryor.
