Funeral service for Harold Tubbs was May 31, 2025 at Wilson Mortuary Chapel, Salem, with Pastor Chuck Whitmire officiating.
Music was provided by Ed Morris.
Interment was in the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Dr. Steve Watson, Danny Bragg, Karl Dittman, John Whelan, Guthrie Scaggs, and Larry Steelman. Honorary pallbearers were Bill Huffman and Dr. James Gray.
Mr. Tubbs was born September 8, 1950 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, to Lewis Rogers “LR” and Alice (Chandler) Tubbs. Mr. Tubbs died May 28, 2025 in Columbia at the age of 74 years.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Tubbs, Salem; daughter, Regina Kellmann and significant other, Danny Bragg, Columbia; granddaughters, Haley Kellmann, Fayetteville, Arkansas; and Mckenna Kellmann, Jonesboro, Arkansas; brothers, George Tubbs (Susan); David Tubbs (Gina), Birmingham, Alabama; and Robert Tubbs (Marie), Moundville, Alabama; sister, Joanna Middlebrooks, Birmingham; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents; and sister, Jeaneen Hamilton.
