Cordean V. Watson died August 5, 2022 at the age of 94 years. She donated herself to Washington University School of Medicine. No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of James & Gahr Mortuary, Salem.

Survivors include her nephew she considered a son, Dr. Steven Watson and wife, Beth; sister-in-law, Dormalee Watson; great-nephews, Dr. Matthew Watson and Dr. Michael Watson; and friends at Salem Residential Care and SMDH Long Term Care.
