Funeral service for Donald Dewayne Humphrey was February 12, 2013 at Dent County Memorial Chapel, Salem, with Rod Farthing officiating.
Music was provided by Lisa Miller as soloist with Daniel Tidmore as pianist and a recorded selection was played.
Interment was in the Dry Fork Cemetery with Full Military Honors.
Pallbearers were Hunter Wingfield, Jerry Bettigrew, Stevin Norris, Jack Hastings, Ronald Humphrey, Jerry Todd Bettigrew, Mike Hill and Mike Wofford.
Mr. Humphrey was born September 7, 1955 in Bonne Terre to Clarence Edward and Neomia Darlene (Miller) Humphrey. He married Joan Inman February 14, 1998. Mr. Humphrey died February 9, 2013 at the age of 57 years, five months and one day.
Survivors include his wife, Joan Humphrey, Salem; parents, Clarence and Neomia Humphrey, Salem; children, Jerry Todd Bettigrew and wife, Brooke, Salem; and Jessica Humphrey, Arizona; grandchildren, Hunter, Jerry, Jaycie and Jonathan; brother, Ronald Humphrey and wife, Grace, California; sisters, LaDonna Wooliver and husband, Ron, Glensdale, Ariz.; and Shiela Ellerbee, Salem; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jack Inman and wife, Wanda, Salem; Ronnie Inman, St. James; Ted Inman and wife, Liz, Bowling Green, Ky.; Pauline Woolf, Licking; and Ginger Hoornart and husband, Butch, Bowling Green; step mother-in-law, Eva Inman, Salem; and a host of nieces; nephews; extended family and friends.
Preceding him in death were his sister, Carolyn Humphrey; mother and father-in-law, Louise and Paul Inman; sisters-in-law, Dean Inman, Barbara Bacon and Peggy Terry; and brothers-in-law, Jerry, Kenneth, Rick and John Inman.
