Jamie Schwartz of Salem, Missouri was born on June 10, 1958 in Salem to Frankie and Dorothy (Brooks) Schwartz. He passed from this life on Sunday, January 29, 2022 in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 63 years.
Jamie was born and raised in Dent County. He was a caring man who was known most for his knowledge and reputation of cars. Jamie went to the state of Missouri with the assistance of Dan Brown, to speak on changing the law regarding titles for salvage vehicles and the hassle of titling such vehicles. Jamie helped people repair cars and vehicles. His love for his family business was unwavering. In his younger days he loved to drag race and was known to be one of the best body men around. Jamie was a changed man; he was true to his friends and never let them down. He enjoyed going flying with “Dadio.” There were only two people who could call Frankie “Dadio,” that was Jamie and Chris Raultston, who had given him the nickname. Facebook jail will never be the same without Jamie now. He found himself there often for speaking his mind. Jamie lived in his own world, aka “the Yard.” Jamie was born into it and lived and breathed it with the love of his life Shirley, by his side. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends, community, and everyone who knew him.
