Mr. Stephens was born July 19, 1939 in Rockford, Illinois, to William and Florence (Gallentine) Stephens. He married Kimberley Luanne Adams October 14, 1978. They were the parents of one son. Mr. Stephens died June 28, 2025 in Rolla at the age of 85 years.
Survivors include his wife, Kimberley Stephens, Salem; son, Tom Stephens and wife, Katie, Salem; and extended family and friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents.
