Graveside service for Joe O. Perry was March 5, 2016 at Lake Springs Cemetery, Lake Spring, with Bro. Matt Milligan officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of James & Gahr Mortuary, Salem.
Mr. Perry was born August 29, 1941 to Omer Leo and Mary E. (Bowles) Perry Ray. He married Rowla Whittiker June 4, 1960. They were the parents of two children. Mr. Perry died February 29, 2016 in Salem at the age of 74 years.
Survivors include his wife, Rowla Perry, Salem; son, Joe Perry, Salem; grandchildren, Ciara Kitchen and husband, Nathan, Salem; Casey Kotschedoff and husband, Josh, Salem; Chelsey Perry, Salem; great-granddaughters, Cami, Carly and Cori Kotschedoff and Ellee Perry; and sisters, Mary Lee Camp, California; and Ann Wethington, Mt. Vernon.
Preceding him in death were his parents; and son, William Ray Perry; and stepfather, W.T. Ray.
