Funeral service for Robert Jewell Cavender was April 9, 2016 at Gladden Baptist Church, Gladden, with Pastor Jim Privett officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Dent County Memorial Chapel, Salem.
Mr. Cavender was born February 9, 1952 in Salem to Liness “Wendy” and Edith (Thomas) Cavender. He married Judy Dooley. Mr. Cavender died April 4, 2016 in Salem at the age of 64 years.
Survivors include his wife, Judy Cavender; brother, Bill Cavender and wife, Shirley, Salem; special nieces, Stephanie Enloe and husband, Michael; Becky Britton; Trish Boulch and husband, Paul; special nephew, Michael Cavender; stepdaughter, Jenni Bedwell and husband, Scotty; brother-in-law, Roger Schafer and wife, Patty; Wayne Dooley and wife, Kim; Charley Dooley and wife, Debbie; Larry McCarter and wife, Helen; Tom Dooley and wife, Cindy, all of Salem; Pete Laney and wife, Teresa, Lake of the Ozarks; Bill Wyatt, Bunker; sister-in-law, Debbie Dooley; and a host of extended family and friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents; brothers, Clyde and Calvin Cavender; and sister-in-law, Sharon Wyatt.
