Funeral service for Charles Edward Pace was June 10, 2024 at Wilson Mortuary Chapel, Salem, with Pastor Chris Hendrix officiating and Todd Taylor sharing the eulogy.
Interment was in the Polk Memorial Cemetery, Ellington.
Mr. Pace was born March 13, 1947 in Yakima, Washington, to Leon and Lelia (Polk) Pace. He married Karen Yvonne Sippel December 27, 1981. Mr. Pace died June 4, 2024 in Salem at the age of 77 years.
Survivors include his wife, Karen Pace, Salem; sister, Sarah Taylor and husband, Todd, St. Louis; mother-in-law, Georgia Sippel, Kirkwood; brothers-in-law, Rodney Sippel and wife, Mary, Kirkwood; and Richard Sippel and wife, Laurie, Montgomery City; and a host of nephews, extended family and friends.
Preceding him in death were his father, Leon Pace; mother, Lelia (Polk) Pace Smith Cage; brother, Ray Evan Pace; and father-in-law, Bill Sippel.
