Funeral service for Scott Anthony Gott was December 17, 2015 at Dent County Memorial Chapel, Salem, with services led by his son, Stephen. Full Military Honors were provided by American Legion Post 99.

Mr. Gott was born September 19, 1968 in Rolla to Bobby and Linda (Campbell) Gott. Mr. Gott died December 9, 2015 in Salem at the age of 47 years.
Survivors include his children, Stephen Gott, Liberty; Joseph Gott, Raymore; and Joe Jackson, Salem; sisters, Jennifer Gage and husband, David, Sarasota, Fla.; Robin Oakley, Paducah, Ky.; Billie Briggs, Paducah; and Bobbie Allen, Batesville, Ark.; brother, Dennis Gott, Paducah; grandchildren, Teaghan, Ann Marie, Teagan, Kasem; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents; infant sister, Becky Jo; brother, Roger Gott.
Mr. Gott served in the United States Marine Corps and he was a member of the American Legion Post 99.
