Memorial service for David Paul Lewis will be at 10 a.m. August 6, 2014 at Salem Full Gospel Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Wilson Mortuary, Salem.
Mr. Lewis was born November 20, 1942 in Rolla to Hansel and Eula (Barton) Lewis. He married Cathy Marie Wingfield March 3, 1973. Mr. Lewis died August 3, 2014 in Salem at the age of 71 years.
Survivors include his wife, Cathy Lewis, Salem; brother, Don Lewis and wife, Teresa, Rolla; sister, Diane Parker and husband, Arley, St. James; daughter-in-law, Betty Lewis, Licking; grandchildren, Crystal Lewis and friend, Jerry, Overland Park, Kan.; Robert Lewis, Jadwin; and Jeremy Lewis, Licking; mother-in-law, Marie Wingfield, Salem; sister-in-law, Sharon Disbrow and husband, Wes, Licking; brother-in-law, Gary Wingfield and wife, Debbie, Miami, Fla.; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents; one son, David Patrick Lewis; and father-in-law, Allen Wingfield.
Memorials may be made in lieu of flowers to the Lewis family. Cards may be obtained at Wilson Mortuary.
