Bobby Gene Frank went to be with his Lord and Savior on August 16, 2024. He was born on October 27, 1955, to Paul and Bernadine Frank who predeceased him.
He is survived by his wife Julie Ann (Brown) to whom he married on May 17, 1986, at the Viburnum (MO) Christian Church.
He is survived by his wife, Julie; his sisters-in-law, Debra Leach (Scott), Melinda Cramer (Dan), Brenda Hagler; brother -in-law, Julius (Joe) Brown III (Terresa); adopted son by choice, Scott Norris (Norah); nieces, nephews, and the vast number of students he taught through the years.
Bob retired from Winona R-3 Schools having taught a total of 42 years. He loved God, family and church families, teaching, fellow colleagues, his students, chainsaw racing and competitors, industrial crafts, motorsports and especially volleyball.
Bob never did anything half-baked, never met a stranger, and lived life to its fullest.
He’s already missed by those who truly knew him.
